At PlantzShop, we are committed to delivering high-quality gardening products, organic fertilizers, cocopeat, potting mixes, vermicompost, and related gardening supplies. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or received in an unusable condition due to manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
  • The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage are provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or usage by the customer.
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Organic fertilizers, composts, potting mixes, cocopeat, soil conditioners, and similar products where the seal or packaging has been opened.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount events (unless defective).
  • Orders returned without prior approval from PlantzShop.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@plantzshop.in or contact us through the contact form on our website.
  2. Provide:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Description of the defect
    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.

Return Approval

If the return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup where service is available, or
  • The customer may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by PlantzShop.

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, labels, and invoices.

Refunds & Replacements

Upon verification of the returned product:

  • A replacement product will be shipped if available.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, PlantzShop will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be rejected.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
